cPanel error message: (Your IP address has changed)

 

  • When you try to view a page in cPanel, the login page appears with the following error message

 

  • Cause:
  • You (or someone else) tries to log in to cPanel using the same account, from two separate devices, at the same time.
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns you a new IP address while you are logged in to cPanel.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, simply log back in to cPanel on the device you are using.
