- login to cpanel using email account and password
- list will appear to you ,choose services
- list of services will appear to you ,choose the service you want to control
- list of actions will appear ,choose login to cpanel
- list of emails will appear to you ,choose Auto Responder, as in the following image
- choose the Domain first then click on Add auto responder, As in the following image
- Fill the fields for automatic creation
- Character Set->The standard character set is "utf-8," but you can change it from here.
- Interval time-> interval here you can set the number of waiting hours before responding automatically to the same email address
- Email-> This will list the email address you are setting up the automatic responder to
- From-> You can enter another mail address here. We recommend using the same address in the email field
- Subject-> Enter your automated reply message here
- Html->Select this if you want to enter HTML in the text of your mailing
- Body->is the content or text of the message
- Start-> Choose whether you want this automated respondent to start immediately or set a dedicated start time
- Stop-> here you can set a dedicated date for your Autoresponder responder, or set on Never
- after that click on (create),as in the following image
