- login to cpanel using email account and password
- list will appear to you ,choose services
- list of services will appear to you ,choose the service you want to control
- list of actions will appear ,choose login to cpanel
- list of emails will appear to you ,choose Email Accounts
- list of email accounts will appear ,choose the email account you want to open
- after login to webmail page ,choose open
- New List will appear, choose settings from the sidebar As in the following image
- List of settings will appear, choose identities As in the following image
- click on the email name to add signature on it As in the following image
- Add the signature that you want then click save As in the following image
